Sight, smell, emotions
This wine, with an intense ruby red color, manifests itself on the nose with intense and clear aromas of fruit, especially cherry, and delicate spicy notes. The red grape fiber, the presence of elegant tannins and the marked and penetrating sapidity characterize the peculiar soft and particularly harmonious gustatory aspect, which transmits the character and charm of the identity of this unique territory in the Treviso area.
How to best appreciate it
Our Cabernet is excellent as a wine for the whole meal, light and intense at the same time. At the table it can be enjoyed with tomato-based first courses, with red meat, roasts, braised meats and fillets, but also with rich and tasty legume soups. Irresistible with not too mature cheeses.
The production method
Classic red vinification. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature by selected yeasts, in temperature-controlled steel tanks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine remains for an adequate period of time in contact with the yeasts and the skins
