Our Chardonnay presents a perfect balance of acidity and flavor, accompanied by prevailing hints of fresh fruit with light pulp (apple, pear, peach and melon) that characterize its peculiar soft and particularly harmonious gustatory aspect, making it a wine of surprising versatility. The golden yellow color, with light green veins, is the result of processing in steel tanks.
How to enjoy it at its best
Thanks to its vivacity and balanced acidity, our Chardonnay goes well with even the most delicate foods, enhancing them without covering them. This is why it is an excellent aperitif wine and goes perfectly with fish first courses, white meats, shellfish and cheeses, especially if slightly seasoned.
The production method
The Chardonnay grape sprouts early. The grapes are then harvested in the first weeks of September, to ensure that the berries retain the right acidity. The vinification is in classic white. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature by means of selected yeasts with vinification in steel. The wine remains in contact with the yeasts for an adequate period of time.
